Each camping cabin has one queen size bed and one set of bunk beds inside, comfortably sleeping four people with sterilized covers on each.  There is also an overhead light and electric outlet inside.  There are no linens or indoor plumbing.  The restroom and shower building is under a thirty second walk away.

There are three toilets, three sinks and three showers in each Men's and Women's room with free, hot showers! 

There is also a swimming pool house next to the pool and playground that has four bathrooms in it!  The pool house bathrooms do not have showers but they each have sink and toilet.”

A minimum of three nights is required to make reservations in advance from June 24 - September 5th, on the weekends only and for riverfront and full hookup sites only.  Wooded, water and electric or primitive sites can be reserved for two nights on the weekends and one or two nights on the weekdays.  Riverfront and full hookup sites can be reserved for one or two nights during the week days.

There is a maximum of four adults, four children and one vehicle per campsite.  If you are seeking to make a reservation for more than four adults, then please book two or more campsites.  Start with just one campsite and enter four or less adults to show availability!  Then, you can add the additional campsites to that reservation.

Guest Fees

The base rate for a campsite includes two people and one vehicle. 

Additional adults (up to four per site): $8.00 per night per adult

Children (17&under)- $2.00 per night per child

Additional vehicles- $3.50 per night per vehicle 

Additional vehicles must remain parked at the "second vehicle parking area".  This is located against the tree line and on the grass next to the Motel building. The Motel building is located at the entrance to the property near the General Store and Celli's Pizzeria.

All campsites are pet friendly! Pets must always remain tethered and picked up after, per NH State Law.

Late Arrivals:  There is no entrance gate to the campground, therefore there is no check-in cut off time.  Please drive to your campsite upon arrival but do not shine lights into other campers sites or set up loudly at your site.  Quiet hours are strict, from 10PM – 8AM.

There are no charging stations for electric vehicles at the campground.

Parking is at your campsite.  There is one vehicle permitted per site. Additional parking is $3.50 per night and needs to remain parked by the Motel building at the entrance to the property after initially unloading at the campsite.

No the campground does not have any Wi-Fi.

Check-in is any time after 1:00PM.  The campground is a self-check-in which means you drive directly to your campsite upon arrival.

Check-out is strictly by 10:00AM.

The cancellation policy is based on seven days.  Once your reservation is booked and paid for then you have until seven days prior to your arrival date to cancel with a refund, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee.  Once you get within the seven days prior then there are no refunds for cancelling.

No, large groups and parties are not permitted on premises.

One vehicle is allowed per campsite and included in the price of the site.  Should you bring an additional vehicle then the price is $3.50 per night per vehicle and must be parked in the "second vehicle parking" area.  The "Second vehicle parking" area is located on the grass behind the Motel building at the entrance to the property.  Additional vehicles may briefly go back to the campsite they reserved to unload any belongings.

The campground has an in-ground swimming pool, small playground, ½ mile of Ammonoosuc River frontage, an Italian Pizzeria and a General Store.

Pets are allowed at every site!  They must always remain leashed and picked up after - per NH State Law.  There are no breed restrictions.

Alcohol is not allowed, smoking is allowed.

Yes, sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 12 have 30AMP electricity, sewer hookup and water faucet hookup with clean tested drinking water.  These are for travel trailer/RV camping only.

Yes, there is a dump station located near the entrance to the campground by the barn and playground.

Yes, sites A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 56X have water faucet hookup and 20AMP electricity.  These are for tent camping or travel trailer/RV camping.

Sites 3, 4 and 5 can accommodate up to 45-foot travel trailers/RVs.

Yes there is a shower building located in the campground with three showers in each Men's and Women's room.  The showers are hot and free.

Generators of any kind are not permitted
